Data Entry & Bulk Messaging

I have 66 A4 pages of information laid out in five columns that must be re-typed with perfect accuracy into Excel. I will supply a ready-made template—just copy the data exactly where it belongs so every column stays consistent.
After the spreadsheet is finished and double-checked, I also need the same list used to send bulk messages to all contacts. Any dependable bulk-messaging tool you already use (WhatsApp Web, SMS gateway, email merge, etc.) is fine as long as it delivers to the full list and can show delivery confirmation.
Deliverables
• Completed Excel file in my template’s format
• Proof—screenshot or report—showing every message was sent successfully
