Your task is to lift every piece of text from those files and place it into a standard, well-labeled table so it is ready for filtering and inspection straight away.
The structure is simple—each document becomes a new row (or rows where appropriate), with columns for the key fields I’ll identify once we start. No custom styling, formulas, or macros are necessary; just accurate transcription into clear column headings and consistent cell entries.
