Daily Sales Data Excel Updates

I have an existing Excel workbook that tracks our sales, and I need someone to keep it current every single day. The raw information reaches me in handwritten notes and emailed order confirmations, so the updates will be 100 % manual.

Each day you will:
• Enter the product names exactly as provided
• Record the corresponding sales amounts
• Add the relevant customer details (name, city, and email if shown)

The file already has separate columns and simple formulas in place; your role is to input the new rows without breaking any of the calculations or formatting. Accuracy is crucial because management pulls daily performance snapshots directly from this sheet.

I will share the workbook in OneDrive at the close of each business day, and I expect the latest figures to be reflected before the next morning. If you spot an inconsistency—such as a missing price or an illegible customer name—just flag it in a comment so I can verify.

Familiarity with basic Excel functions (filters, freeze panes, and simple sum formulas) is all that’s needed. Reliability and attention to detail matter more to me than advanced macros.
