Daily Excel Data & ID Management

I have a live Excel workbook that stores customer information and needs to be kept perfectly up-to-date every single day. For each new customer you will:

• Create a unique online ID that contains the customer’s Name + Email as well as a Username + Password.
• Log every one of those credentials back into the same Excel sheet in the appropriate columns.

Accuracy is critical: any typo in a name, email, username, or password could lock the customer out of our system. I’ll provide the existing file, column layout, and email address you’ll use for the daily PDF dispatch. If you already work comfortably with Excel formulas, basic data validation, and simple PDF mail-outs, this should be a straightforward routine you can run each day without fail.
