Customer Detail Online Form Entry

I have several Excel spreadsheets that list individual customer details, and I need every record transferred accurately into a web-based form. You will receive the spreadsheets together with login credentials for the form portal and a short field-mapping guide so you know exactly where each piece of information goes.

Here’s the flow:
1. Open the Excel file, copy the data from each row, and populate the corresponding fields in the online form.
2. Double-check spelling, dates, and any mandatory drop-downs before submitting.
3. Mark the row as “done” in the spreadsheet so we both have a live progress log.

Acceptance criteria:
• Every record from the supplied spreadsheets is submitted—no omissions, no duplicates.
• Field values in the form exactly match those in Excel (I will spot-check).
• The spreadsheet progress column is fully updated so I can reconcile totals at a glance.

Confidentiality is important; these are real customer details, so please handle the files solely within the workspace I provide. If you’re comfortable working steadily with Excel, browser forms, and basic data-quality checks, let’s get started right away.
