Convert Scans into Excel

Several batches of scanned documents need to be brought to life in a clean, well-structured Microsoft Excel workbook. The task is purely text/data input: read each scan, capture every field exactly as shown, and place it in the correct column of the spreadsheet I will provide.

Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than speed; mis-keys or misplaced entries will break downstream formulas. To help you work efficiently I can share a small sample file and clear column headers before we start. All scans are machine-printed and fully legible—no tricky handwriting—so standard data entry tools or Excel shortcuts should be all you need.

Deliverable: one Excel file containing the complete, validated dataset, ready for me to run my pivot tables and v-lookups without further cleanup. A quick turnaround is ideal, but quality takes priority; please double-check totals and obvious outliers before sending the final sheet.
