Convert PDFs to Spreadsheet
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a collection of business PDFs that need to be re-created in a fully editable spreadsheet. All information—text, numbers, dates, anything printed on the page—must be keyed in exactly as it appears. Because the source is PDF documents, you will often have to copy manually or use your own OCR tools and then double-check the result for accuracy.
You can work in Excel or Google Sheets; if you prefer another format, let me know before starting. I will supply a simple template, but feel free to suggest improvements that make sorting and filtering easier.
Accuracy is more important than speed, so please build in time for:
• Visual verification of every field against the PDF
• Consistent date, currency and name formatting
• A quick total or sum check where figures are involved
I’ll review the first finished sheet to confirm layout and correctness before you proceed with the rest. When everything matches the PDFs, export the final file back to me in both its native format and CSV. If you have questions about any unreadable sections, flag them so we can resolve them quickly.
