Convert PDF Tables to Excel

I need several PDF files converted into clean, well-structured Excel workbooks. Every table in the PDFs contains text only—no numeric calculations—and the information is already laid out in table format. However, many rows and columns include merged cells that must be recreated accurately in Excel or otherwise handled so the data lines up perfectly when the sheet is filtered or sorted.

Your task is simple but precision-critical: extract all text, preserve the original column order, deal with merged-cell layouts, and deliver a fully editable .xlsx file for each PDF. Cell contents should match the source exactly (spelling, punctuation, line breaks) and no data should end up split, duplicated, or lost in the process.

Please use whatever method you prefer—manual entry, Power Query, Adobe, Python + pandas, or specialist OCR tools—as long as the output is 100 % faithful to the source tables and ready for immediate use.
