Consolidate & Organize iPhone Photos and google drive

Job ID: 40619636

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have between 1,000 – 5,000 images split between my iPhone / iCloud and several folders in Google Drive. Some shots appear twice—or three times—while others live only in one service. I’d like a clean, single library, so here’s what I need:

• Detect and delete every duplicate using a mix of software (Photos, Gemini, Google Photos tools—whatever you trust) and a quick manual eye so nothing important disappears.
• Move every surviving file into one master Google Drive folder and mirror it back to iCloud, ensuring both clouds hold the exact same set.
• Re-label and sort each image so the folders read first by year-month-day and then by the trip or event name (for example “2023-07-18 — Rome Vacation”). Nested sub-folders are fine as long as the logic is consistent.
• When finished, provide a short report outlining: software used, number of duplicates removed, and the final folder structure.

I’ll grant temporary access to both accounts and can stay available for quick confirmations on borderline duplicates or naming questions. My goal is to open either service and immediately find any photo by date or trip title—no missing memories, no clutter.
