Company Financial Data Entry

I have a backlog of Excel sheets containing company numbers that now need to live inside our accounting platform. The work is strictly entry data: every row must be copied across exactly as it appears and assigned to the correct account or cost centre without introducing new errors.
What you’ll be working with
• Excel sheets only—no PDFs or paper scans.
• Two kinds of information: transaction entries and invoice details.
What I expect
• All figures keyed in accurately, dates kept in the same format, and any missing fields flagged back to me.
• A quick cross-check at the end so the totals in the system match the original Excel sums.
• A short discrepancy log if anything looks out of place.
I’ll provide the template, account codes, and step-by-step instructions the moment we start. If you’re comfortable with repetitive numerical work and have an eye for detail, this should be a straightforward task.
