Collect Generic Company Emails (4)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will give you an Excel sheet listing 945 exhibitors from a single trade fair. Your job is to research and enter one active, generic company inbox address for as many firms as possible, with a minimum success rate of 90 %.
Start each search on the company’s own website—that is the primary and preferred source. When no email is published there, you may turn to respected professional directories or databases. Please avoid social media, trade-fair listings, or any other sources unless they merely confirm an address already visible on the website.
What counts: info@, contact@, sales@, office@-type mailboxes that route to the organisation, not a specific person.
What does NOT count: employee addresses, no-reply@, admin-only or automated system accounts.
Deliverable
• Return the original spreadsheet with one email address per company in a new column.
• If no compliant address exists, leave the cell blank—do not insert “N/A” or any other placeholder.
I will validate randomly selected entries and consider the project complete once at least 90 % of companies have a correct, generic inbox address.
