Coachella Valley Homeowner Leads Needed

I’m assembling a fresh, well-organized homeowner lead database for nine cities across the Coachella Valley—Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, and Desert Hot Springs.

What I need from you
• Source the data exclusively from reputable paid databases; public records or scraping alone won’t meet the brief.
• Capture every available field per record: homeowner name, property address, mailing address (if different), phone, email, city, neighborhood/territory, your data source, and any helpful notes or tags. Accuracy and completeness are key.

File structure & cleaning
• One clean CSV for each individual city.
• A consolidated master CSV containing all nine cities.
• No duplicates across or within files, and consistent formatting (names, phone numbers, addresses) so I can import immediately without extra work.
• CSV is the only format required—no Excel or Sheets versions necessary.
