Clinic Brochure Bulk Faxing
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m looking for a reliable partner who can broadcast our one-page medical-clinic brochure to roughly 9,000–10,000 family doctors using the spreadsheet of fax numbers I’ll supply. The job is straightforward but accuracy is critical.
Scope of work
• Import the Excel list and send the fax between 12 PM and 5 PM Toronto time
• Monitor every transmission, automatically retry any failures, and keep the overall failure rate near zero.
• Deliver a detailed confirmation report that shows the final status for each fax number so I can verify every brochure reached its destination.
What I’ll provide
• The finalized PDF brochure (one page).
• An Excel sheet with all target fax numbers and basic clinic details.
What I expect from you
• Access to a high-volume, HIPAA-compliant broadcast-fax or cloud fax service.
• Experience managing large fax campaigns and troubleshooting failed transmissions.
• A clear plan for confirmations—fax logs, consolidated transmission reports, or another verifiable method.
• Prompt communication throughout and a single zip or PDF of the final reports at completion.
