Clean & Format Text Data

The task is straightforward: take the text records currently stored in several Excel sheets and enter them into a single, consolidated file while cleaning them up along the way. Every entry must follow a consistent font and size, any duplicates removed, and spelling or grammar errors corrected before delivery.

I will supply the source workbooks immediately after award. Once you finish, simply return one master spreadsheet (or CSV if you prefer) that is fully standardized and error-free. A quick status update after the first batch is processed will help confirm we are on the same page.

If you are comfortable working quickly in Excel—using Find/Replace, conditional formatting, or even a macro for duplicate detection—this should be a smooth assignment. Accuracy is paramount; full payment is released only when the final file passes a quick spot-check for formatting uniformity, zero duplicates, and clean language.
