Cafe Financial Reporting

Hello Accountants,
We have a Cafe in a Shopping Mall, our Primary business is selling Coffee, Drinks, Snacks and also we prepare special items for Staff of the Mall at a discounted Rates.
We're using BeNymbl Software to track the sales and the cashflow.
Job Requirements:
A Freelancer who will be in contact with our staff to calculate the Purchases, Items Consumption, Stock and Quantities, Daily Reporting of Sales, Profit and Cost.
This is a long-term contract on a Monthly basis.
Preferable a Freelancer with BeNymbl Experience
Reporting Shall be done in PDF and Excel Formats only.
