CSV to QIF Conversion

Hello,
I need a utility program that will convert my files from .CSV format to .QIF format (Quicken 2002 for Windows US).
I download monthly statements from Bank of America in .CSV format and need a utility that will convert to very old Quicken 2002 .QIF format (so I can import them using Quicken 2002 import)

Final product would allow one click conversion
- click on .csv file to convert, and output correctly converted .qif file
- output will be in correct format to import using Quicken 2002 import utility

( FinanceFileConverter does a conversion, and import works, but content is scrambled)
