CSR Outreach Database & Proposal

I am gearing up to launch two mission-mode initiatives—Mission FPOs Sustainability and a livelihood programme that empowers women’s groups through clusters of handcrafted food and beauty products. To secure the right partners, I need end-to-end support in three areas:

• Building a fresh, accurate database of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and private-sector companies that are likely to fund or co-create with us. For every entry, I want contact details, the organisation’s focus areas, and any past collaboration history captured in a clean Google Sheet or Excel file.

• Integrating the AI Tools for enhancing productivity, reducing the cost, and improving the quality of delivery of work.

• Drafting a concise yet compelling concept proposal that explains both missions, highlights impact metrics, and makes a clear ask for collaboration.

• Executing the first round of personalised outreach emails (mail-merge ready) so the proposal lands directly with decision-makers.

Your experience in CSR research, prospect mapping, proposal writing, and professional email campaigns will be key. I’ll supply background material on both missions; you’ll turn it into a partner-ready package that opens doors for funding and strategic alliances.
