CRM Mailing Address Data Update

I need an extra pair of careful hands inside our CRM to refresh the mailing addresses of existing clients. All the records already exist; the task is simply to open each one, overwrite the outdated street or PO box information with the new details I provide in a spreadsheet, and save the change. No other fields—phone, email, notes, tags—should be touched.

You will receive:
• A filtered list of client IDs that need attention.
• A clean spreadsheet containing the new mailing addresses, matched to those IDs.
• Step-by-step screenshots showing my preferred workflow so every record is handled the same way.

Acceptance is straightforward: every listed contact shows the new address exactly as it appears in the sheet, with no unintended edits to any other field.

The work is light typing and copy-paste, but precision matters more than speed. If you’ve updated records in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or a similar platform before, you’ll feel right at home. I’m happy to demonstrate via screenshare for the first few entries, then leave you to finish the rest.
