CRM Data Entry from Excel

I have a collection of Excel workbooks that combine text fields—names, emails, addresses—with numeric items such as customer IDs, order totals, and dates. Every row needs to be transferred into my customer-record template so the data can feed directly into our CRM. Accuracy is the priority: the completed file must replicate the source numbers exactly, keep text formatting consistent, and eliminate any duplicates along the way.

You will copy the mixed data from each sheet, validate mandatory columns, flag blanks or anomalies in a separate note, and return a clean, import-ready spreadsheet. Familiarity with Excel functions, basic data-validation rules, and a sharp eye for detail will make this go smoothly.

Deliverables
• Customer-record file fully populated and ready for CRM upload
• Short log listing duplicates, corrections, and any unresolved issues
