CRM Data Entry Assistant

My customer records live inside a cloud-based CRM and need frequent, accurate updates. The work centres on taking new lead information, contact notes, and status changes that land in a shared folder, then entering or correcting those details in the CRM the same day.

The ideal flow for each assignment will be:
• Receive the spreadsheet or PDF export containing fresh data.
• Cross-check for duplicates or mismatched fields.
• Populate or amend the appropriate contact, deal, and company fields in the CRM.
• Flag any unclear entries for my review and submit a brief activity log when finished.

I will provide secure login credentials, field-mapping guidelines, and a short Loom walkthrough of our current process. Familiarity with modern CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or a comparable platform is important; speed matters, but absolute accuracy matters more.

Deliverables each week:
• Fully updated CRM records completed within 24 hours of receipt
• A concise summary noting total records touched, errors found, and any questions
