Bulk Social Media Archiving
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need around 1,000 pieces of content pulled in full quality from the specific Instagram accounts (and a handful of other sources) that I will supply in a detailed list. Most of the files will be Reels, but there are still-image posts and the occasional other kinds of content as well. Every asset must be downloaded in the highest resolution available, along with its complete caption, and any other on-platform relevant data.
Once captured, please rename each file consistently, drop it into my Google Drive, and place it inside the correct sub-folder; I’ll share the category structure before you begin so you know exactly where everything belongs. However, I will need you to improve the categorization and make it more precise. You will categorize them correctly. As you go, update the companion Google Sheet I provide, logging:
• original post URL/content
• file name & Drive path
• category
• subcategory 1
• subcategory 3
I’m flexible on the tools you prefer—4K Stogram, yt-dl variations, in-house scripts, etc.—as long as the output is lossless and the captions come through intact. Deduplication and better categorization might be needed.
Deliverables are complete when the Drive folders contain all ∽1,000 organized assets and the spreadsheet mirrors that inventory perfectly. Let me know your expected turnaround and any questions about preserving maximum quality.
