Bulk 10k Fax Broadcast
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I have a single-page PDF and an Excel sheet containing almost 10,000 fax numbers. Your task is to get that page successfully transmitted to every number on the list, track the results, and try again for any that initially fail.
Here’s how I’d like the workflow to run:
• You may use any reliable mass-fax solution you trust; I don’t have a mandatory platform.
• After the first pass, provide an email report in a clear, standard layout showing: total sent, confirmed successes, and any numbers that bounced.
• Re-fax every bounced number once more and include those second-attempt results in a follow-up email.
I’ll supply the PDF, the spreadsheet, and a dedicated reply address for your reports as soon as we start. My priority is transparent, accurate reporting and a clean completion rate, so please describe briefly which fax tool you’ll use and your expected turnaround time when you bid.
