Build Real Estate Project Database

I need a sharp, Excel-savvy researcher to turn scattered developer brochures and website data into one clean, filter-ready spreadsheet. Your task is to compile every pre-selling or RFO project you can find from the major developers that operate in my target markets—primarily Metro Manila (with emphasis on Quezon City, Manila, Pasig and Valenzuela) plus key growth hubs in North Luzon.

For each project, capture the essentials I use when pitching to buyers:
• Developer name and exact project name
• Precise location/address
• Project type (condo, house-and-lot, lot only)
• Highlight amenities offered
• Complete payment terms and a sample computation straight from the developer’s price sheet
• Contract price range and reservation fee

Please source only publicly available, verifiable information—official websites, accredited broker materials, or current price lists. Organise everything in a single .xlsx file: one master sheet with a row per project, clearly labelled columns, plus a separate tab if needed for long sample computations.

I will review the file against my own spot-checks; all mandatory fields must be filled and formulas must auto-recalculate when I change the down-payment percentage. If you enjoy digging for accurate real-estate data and presenting it neatly, this assignment should be straightforward.

Note: We already have a contact person per developer and we will introduce them to you. You may get their updated project details from them. We usually communicate with them thru viber/email. Or the details are already in the Developers' (ie. SMDC, Rockwell, DMCI, Sta. Lucia Marketing, Moldex Realty, Federal Land, Ayala Land, Alveo) official website. You may also get the info from their website. We will only need 3-4 projects per developer. That will be only 32 columns at the maximum.
