I have sketched out an “all-in-one” workbook for my new health and fitness business, but I need an Excel pro to turn the rough concept into a clean, functional tool while we work together live. The core pieces are straightforward—client data management plus workout and nutrition tracking—so solid use of formulas, lookups, data validation and clear sheet design should cover everything. No macros or heavy VBA are necessary; good, well-labeled formulas will do the job.
