I have an Excel spreadsheet that lists branded medicines only. I need the file completed so that every brand name is matched with:
• its correct generic (INN) name
• the common dosage form(s) in which that generic is marketed
• the name of the manufacturer on record
Each item must sit in its own column, directly alongside the original brand name, so the final sheet reads left-to-right as Brand | Generic | Dosage Form | Manufacturer.
