AutoCAD-Revit Drafting & Data Management

I need a technically-savvy partner who can move smoothly between AutoCAD, Revit and solid data practices. On the design side, you’ll take my sketches and mark-ups and turn them into clean, accurate drafting sets, then build out full 3D models and renders in Revit for client presentations and coordination.

Once the drawings are approved, the next step is data entry. Every dimension, material tag and equipment code from those drawings must be captured in our database, then all related digital files catalogued in a logical folder structure that my team can follow. No fixed templates are required—you’re free to work in whichever formats or naming conventions you prefer, so long as the result is clear and consistent.

Deliverables
• Updated DWG and RVT files reflecting the latest design changes
• Revit-based 3D views or renders in PNG/JPEG for presentations
• Populated database (Excel, Access or similar) containing all drawing data
• Organized project file archive ready for cloud upload
