Apollo Account Audit & Optimization

Our previous marketing lead left without documenting how Apollo.io was set up, so I need a fresh set of eyes on the entire account. The priority is the overall account configuration—user roles, data enrichment rules, and workspace settings—followed by a close look at every sequence to be sure each step is active, sending from the right inboxes, and properly throttled.

Here is what I expect:

• A full review of the current configuration, highlighting anything that deviates from recommended best practices
• Immediate fixes for broken or inactive sequences, including testing to confirm emails, calls, and LinkedIn steps fire as intended
• A short hand-off report summarizing what you changed and why, plus any open questions I should address internally
• Optional: a brief walk-through for my team if you think training would help us maintain the setup long-term (we can decide together once the audit is complete)

When you apply, focus on your direct experience with Apollo implementations or similar sales-engagement platforms. I am especially interested in examples where you inherited a messy instance and turned it into a reliable, scalable outreach engine.
