Accurate Text Data Entry Project
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
A volume of text-only records needs to be keyed into our database with absolute accuracy. The job is pure data entry—no numeric fields, formulas, or transcription of audio/video—just clean, consistent text input.
Source files will be shared in organized batches, and each batch must be entered exactly as written, preserving capitalization, punctuation, and any line-break structure that appears in the originals. I will handle validation on my side, so what I need from you is a completed spreadsheet (or CSV if you prefer) that mirrors the source text without errors.
Turnaround and accuracy matter more than speed, but typing at 60+ wpm while maintaining focus will make the schedule easier for both of us. Plan on:
• Finished, proof-read data sheets returned by the agreed deadline
• Fewer than two typos per thousand words (I’ll spot-check)
• A brief change log if you encounter illegible or ambiguous text
