Accurate Text Data Entry Assistance

I’m looking for someone who can take a batch of text-based records and enter them quickly and flawlessly into my system. Everything you’ll receive is pure text—no numbers to crunch—so the focus is squarely on accuracy, consistent formatting, and a fast turnaround.

I normally consolidate this information in Microsoft Excel, so familiarity with basic formulas, filters, and data validation rules is a plus; however, if you prefer another tool that still lets me import to Excel cleanly, I’m open to hearing about it. Once the entry work is complete, I’ll need the final file returned in .xlsx format with the same field order I provide.

All source material will be supplied digitally (PDFs and text files). We can finalise whether that arrives via direct upload, cloud share, or email once we kick off—the choice that keeps the workflow smooth and secure for both of us.
