Accurate PDF/Image Data Entry

I have between 1 and 10 documents—some PDFs, some images—that need to be keyed into Excel. No custom template is necessary; a clean, standard worksheet that mirrors the source fields will do.

Accuracy is critical: dates, figures, and spellings must match the originals exactly. If any value is illegible, just flag it rather than guessing. Basic Excel proficiency and a sharp eye for detail are all that’s required.

Deliverables:
• A single .xlsx file containing every transcribed record
• A short note highlighting any fields that could not be confidently read
