Accurate PDF/Image Data Entry

I have a set of PDFs and image files that together hold roughly 500–1 000 rows of information. I simply need every field transferred, line-for-line, into a clean Excel workbook or Google Sheet—whichever you prefer. No extra categorization is required; just mirror the order you find in the originals.

Because the source material comes in both PDF and image format, some lines may contain unusual symbols or character combinations. Whenever something is unclear, flag it in a separate column so I can verify it quickly. Other than that, this is straightforward typing work that depends on accuracy and a careful eye.

Here is what I expect at completion:
