Accurate Online Form Entry

I have a batch of records that must be transferred into an online form exactly as provided. You will receive the data in a clean spreadsheet along with the form URL and any field-by-field notes. Your job is to work through each line, copy the information into the correct fields, submit, and log the confirmation ID back in the sheet.
Speed is helpful, but accuracy is critical—spelling, punctuation, capitalisation and date formats must match the source. A short sample set will be supplied first so we can confirm approach and formatting before moving to the full volume.
Deliverables
• All records submitted through the form
• Updated spreadsheet showing submission status and confirmation IDs
• Brief note on any anomalies or fields that needed clarification
