I have a batch of PDF and Word files that must be converted into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The content is mixed—text labels paired with numerical values—so every character and number has to be transcribed exactly as shown in the originals.

All source documents will be sent by email the moment we kick off. Once you receive them, simply extract the information, place it in the appropriate columns, and double-check that totals, dates, and spellings match the originals.

Please keep the sheet tidy, use consistent formatting, and flag anything that looks unclear rather than guessing.

Deliverables:
• Final Excel file with every record entered and verified
• A short note highlighting any anomalies or blanks encountered during entry
