Accurate Excel Data Entry

I have several batches of information that must be transferred into Microsoft Excel with absolute accuracy and consistent formatting. While the exact mix of text and numbers varies from file to file, every piece of data needs to land in the correct column, free of typos, and ready for basic filtering and sorting.

You will receive the raw material—some files are already digital, others may be scans or PDFs—and a template workbook that shows the required column order and any predefined drop-down lists. Your job is to:

• Key everything into the template without altering its structure
• Double-check totals or other simple calculations I flag for you
• Return the finished workbook (or workbooks) clearly named and free of blank rows, merged cells, or hidden surprises

I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with standard Excel functions such as data validation, simple formulas, and quick formatting shortcuts. If you have experience correcting OCR errors or working from mixed-format sources, let me know—that will move you to the top of the list.
