Accurate Data Transfer into Excel

I have a collection of mixed-format documents—Word files, PDFs, a few web pages, even the odd scanned image—that all contain information I need consolidated in one place. Your task is to lift that data carefully and place it into a clean, well-structured MS Excel spreadsheet.

The job is mostly copy-paste but accuracy matters more than speed. As you work, please standardise simple things like capitalisation, date formats and column alignment so the finished sheet is ready for sorting and analysis the moment I receive it.

Deliverable
