I have a collection of raw information that needs to be transcribed and organized with care. The source material is ready to share as soon as we start; what I need from you is meticulous, error-free data entry and a neatly formatted file I can immediately work with.

You’ll be free to choose the most efficient tools—Excel, Google Sheets, or another platform—so long as the finished document is clean, searchable, and consistent throughout. I’ll verify accuracy by sampling entries, so a very low error rate is essential. Blanks must be flagged, and any ambiguities highlighted before final delivery.

Turnaround time is flexible but I do want an estimated completion date once you see the volume. When you hand off the file, include a quick note of any issues encountered so I can cross-check against the originals.
