Accurate Applicant Submission Specialist

I need a meticulous freelancer who can take my pool of mid-level candidates and submit them through our in-house workflow on Glassdoor and Indeed. You’ll log in to our platform, follow a clear set of step-by-step instructions I provide, and make sure every profile is correctly routed to the worldwide job postings I specify.

Daily tasks include:
• Uploading or copying applicant details exactly as shown in our master sheet.
• Double-checking locations, role levels, and any targeting tags before hitting “submit.”
• Recording each completed submission in the tracking spreadsheet so I can review progress at the end of the day.

Reliability and accuracy are far more important than speed. A stable internet connection, solid organisational skills, and a proven eye for detail will set you up for ongoing work with me. Prior data-entry or applicant-tracking experience is helpful, but the crucial factor is that you can follow instructions to the letter and maintain consistency over time.
