Abebooks CSV Inventory Upload
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have roughly 40,000 book SKUs waiting to go live on Abebooks. All the raw data is ready; what I need is your proven expertise with Abebooks’ bulk-loader to turn that data into a compliant CSV and push it to my seller account without a hitch.
The file must follow Abebooks’ official column order and formatting rules. Each record needs the following elements: Title, Author, Condition, ISBN, Price, Description and an Image link. I do not have a pre-built template, so please rely on the latest Abebooks specifications and your own experience to structure everything correctly.
Beyond simple formatting, I’m counting on you to spot and resolve any data-quality problems—duplicate ISBNs, missing mandatory fields, price anomalies and so on—before the upload attempt. Once the file validates in Abebooks’ checker, go ahead and complete the upload from my account (I’ll provide temporary credentials or token access).
Deliverables:
• A clean, Abebooks-ready CSV that passes validation
• Confirmation of a successful upload with all ~40,000 SKUs visible in the seller dashboard
• A short hand-off note describing any data fixes made and how to replicate the process for future batches
