Zoho CRM Enrollment Home Dashboard

I use Zoho CRM to run a busy gymnastics centre and I want the first screen my staff see—the Home page—to show exactly what matters: every active enrolment at a glance. Your task is to design a clean, visually engaging Canvas dashboard inside Zoho CRM that keeps our team focused on:

• Student details (name, age, contact, level)
• Class schedules (day, time, coach)
• Payment status (paid, overdue, next billing date)

Here is what I have in mind:

1. Canvas-style layout
– A single-page grid with colour coding for quick status checks.
– Drag-and-drop cards or tables for each student that update in real time.

2. Smart filtering & search
– Filters for class, coach, or payment status so coaches can zero in instantly.
– A global search bar that pulls up a student card with one click.

3. Visual cues
– Green/amber/red icons or progress bars for payment status.
– Date countdowns that flag upcoming renewals.

4. Seamless data flow
– All components must pull directly from existing Zoho CRM modules so there is no duplicate entry.
– Any changes made on the Home page should write back to the respective record.

5. Mobile-friendly view
– The layout should scale gracefully on the Zoho CRM mobile app so staff on the floor can update attendance or payments on the go.

Acceptance criteria
• Canvas page installed in our live Zoho CRM account.
• All three data points (student, schedule, payment) display correctly and refresh from the CRM in real time.
• Filters and colour-coding tested with sample data.
• A short Loom or PDF walkthrough that shows my staff how to use and tweak the view.
