Zapier Integration & Automation Expertise
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
As a client delving into various CRM systems, I'm seeking a freelancer with experience in Zapier, having specific knowledge in integrating it with multiple CRM systems. I require assistance in:
- Automation/Zaps for leads coming in from our iFrame Squarespace Website form (https://www.toulmincabinetry.com/request-info) & embedded Calendly link (https://www.toulmincabinetry.com/schedule-an-in-showroom-meeting)to get data to: CallRail (track lead source), MailChimp (email & sms marketing), Outlook (my personal email contact list), Contractor Foreman (software we run the business on), Poplar (direct mail marketing), and RingCentral (contact info for direct phone calls).
- Configuring integration with multiple CRM systems using Zapier,
- Efficiently managing data synchronization workflow in Zapier,
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise from existing workflows.
- Many of these Zaps have been started but need finalizing.
-This project is strictly setting up Zaps to move data from one platform to another through Zapier.
Your competence in handling data synchronization tasks and command over CRM system variations will be highly appreciated. To be a successful candidate for this project, you should be proficient in the above-mentioned platforms & CRM integration and managing automated workflows. Experience in troubleshooting within Zapier is also integral for this role. Your technical skills will alleviate the complexities of integration and workflow setup in my project.
