WhatsApp Messaging Tool + Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a web tool to centralize all the messages received in my WhatsApp Business number with the following requirements.
1. Segregate the messages received from Clients considering 02 channels “Support” or “New Clients”
2. Multiple internal users should be able to access the tool. Please consider a user administrator module to handle the following user profile items.
a. User Name
b. Login
c. Password
d. Channels that have access
3. The conversation will be available for all the users that have access to the Channels mentioned in the item 1.
4. The internal users should be able to interact with the clients through a tool chat. The layout should be very similar to WhatsApp web client.
5. All conversation are initiated outside of the tool, I mean the clients, can initiated a conversation through WhatsApp or WhatsApp web client and the tool should be able to read these messages and associated to an internal Channel.
