ProctorU & Mobius Exam Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
The work centres on configuring several practical-skill assessments inside Mobius and pairing each one with live ProctorU supervision. I already have the questions, grading rubrics, and scheduling details; what I need is the technical side handled from end to end.
Scope of work
• Build the assessment shells in Mobius, upload the existing content, and apply the correct timing, grading, and accessibility rules.
• Connect each exam to ProctorU, selecting the appropriate security level, ID verification flow, and environment checks.
• Create candidate and proctor accounts, map the correct roles, and confirm that data flows (scores, session recordings, incident reports) remain intact between both platforms.
• Run a full dry-run with two test candidates, document the results, and adjust any settings that trigger false flags or access issues.
• Supply a concise hand-over guide so my internal team can duplicate the process for future sessions.
Acceptance criteria
1. Candidates can launch the assessment from Mobius and are seamlessly handed off to ProctorU for authentication.
2. All proctoring safeguards (browser lockdown, screen share, recording) activate without errors.
3. Completed attempts appear in Mobius with full ProctorU incident logs attached.
4. Provided documentation accurately reflects the final configuration and step-by-step workflow.
Experience with both ProctorU and Mobius is essential because I only require the technical setup, not content creation.
