Looking for a client-facing Oracle EPM Architect to manage multiple clients, drive implementations, and handle support with end-to-end ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Act as primary EPM lead & escalation point
Manage tickets, issues, and client communication
Lead implementations (Design to Go-Live & Support)
Coordinate with offshore teams
Handle FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting issues
Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning & governance
Manage patch updates, UAT, and enhancements
Skills Required
Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, Planning, ARCS, Narrative Reporting)
Essbase, Groovy, Data Integration (FDMEE/EDMCS)
Smart View, Reporting, ERP integrations
Tools: JIRA / ServiceNow, Opkey (preferred)
