Need help passing Squarespace Memberspace data to an embedded iFrame Jotform Field on a Squarespace page

Hello,
I am using Squarespace and their paid Memberspace feature for managing members and Jotform to submit member request in a Memberspace protected page.
I am trying to pass member data, specifically: First Name, Last Name, email, and cell phone number (this is a custom field in Memberspace registration form), but have not been successful.
Another person has solved this about a year ago. I just need help figuring out how it was done, since I can not get it to work.
