Job Title: AERMOD Air Dispersion Modeling Expert for Environmental Exposure Analysis - Waste Incinerator Case

Job Description/Background:

We are seeking an experienced air dispersion modeling consultant to perform simulations using AERMOD (or equivalent EPA-approved model) with HHRAP integration to assess resident exposure to emissions from a waste incinerator operateing for six years. Several studies are available for integration, including: operating hours data, two stack emissions reports, one generic emissions model, one heavy metals study, one dioxin sediment study, and one victim behavior exposure report. Inputs include existing contour maps (TSP/SO2/NO2 annual/max daily concentrations, AERMOD v19191), emissions limits/testing for SO2/NOx/CO/HCl/HF/hydrocarbons/particulate matter from medical/animal waste, and site-specific data (e.g., red dot marking a key resident location, yellow stripes as high-exposure zones). The goal is to simulate all relevant metrics, establish exposure levels among residents (e.g., in predominant plume areas), and produce court-admissible reports to demonstrate exceedances of national/international standards.
