Job Dispatch Solution

We are looking for someone who can provide or suggest a solution for Job dispatch . The solution should alow right click on the map , Create a job and manage the job life cycle.

We are currently using Gpsgate server if someone can integrate it with another system or use Last Mile Fleet Solution from google and integrate it that would also help.
