Jibble Setup for Multi-Location Mechanics
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Our mechanic business runs on a hybrid crew of full-time staff and subcontractors working out of more than five workshops. I need Jibble configured so every clock-in accurately reflects who worked, where they worked, and how they get paid.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Initial configuration of Jibble’s employee time tracking, location-based tracking, and payroll integration features.
• Creation of user profiles that cover a mix of individual logins and a few shared kiosk-style logins where that makes sense on the shop floor.
• Geo-fenced locations (one per workshop) so punches are only accepted on-site.
• Payroll mapping that feeds clean, approval-ready data to our accounting system without manual rekeying.
• Clear, workable reporting views for hours, overtime, and sub-contractor invoicing.
• A short hand-off guide so my admin team can add new hires and new sites without starting from scratch.
Once the framework is in place, I’d like you to stay on for a short support window to confirm everything syncs properly and to tweak settings as our supervisors start using the system day-to-day.
If you’ve set up Jibble (or a similar tool) across multiple locations before and know how to keep data tidy for payroll, I’m ready to get started.
