Our Hyperion Planning 11.2.x environment—linked to Essbase, FDMEE and ODI—is currently throwing calculation errors and intermittent data-load failures. This project focuses on ongoing maintenance and support so the platform stays healthy and the finance team can work without disruption.
Work in scope
• System monitoring: daily health checks, log reviews, alerting and capacity tracking.
• Issue troubleshooting: root-cause analysis and fixes for script errors, cube performance lags, data-load exceptions and integration glitches.
• User training & documentation: crisp how-to guides, updated process documentation and remote knowledge-transfer sessions.
Acceptance criteria
• Nightly loads complete successfully for seven consecutive days.
• SOPs delivered in Word/PDF and stored in our SharePoint.
• Agreed response protocol for month-end and critical periods.
Access is via VPN; you will use Hyperion Planning 11.2.x, Essbase, FDMEE, ODI, Oracle SQL Developer and Git for script versioning. A quick screen-share can be arranged to walk through the current logs once you are onboard.
