HubSpot to Salesforce NFP Migration

We are a charity needing to move a small database from HubSpot into our brand-new Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack. That includes contacts and organisations, all interaction history and notes, plus the activity logs and tasks that give us a complete picture of each relationship. In parallel I have several Excel sheets that hold member and partner details; those spreadsheets also need to be brought into Salesforce so we have a single source of truth.

Once the data is in place, I’d like you to configure the NFP environment so we can clearly work with four stakeholder categories—Members, Partners, Supporters and Government—and launch basic automated email campaigns straight from Salesforce. I’m deliberately keeping the first phase light, so best-practice field mapping, page layouts, simple process automation and clean data relationships are critical.
