Key Tasks:
- Expert Evaluation: Assess digital histological specimens to identify biologically and clinically relevant structures, particularly tumors.
- Image Annotation: Create expert annotations of selected structures using appropriate digital tools.
- Integration Support: Provide consultancy on linking histological images with other data layers (spatial, molecular, or multi-omic data) and biological interpretation.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in pathology with a focus on histopathology
- Proficiency in digital image analysis and annotation
- Experience in data integration and biological interpretation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Pathologist with MD or DO
